SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Role
Cramo Group is searching a Supply Chain Manager to work in Group Fleet Management. We are searching a person that will lead and develop the supply chain through international sourcing activities, process development, purchasing and logistical solutions. The role consists of target setting, development of strategies and change management work.

About 50% of the role is geared towards sourcing, agreements and contacts with suppliers and the other half of process development and implementation of processes. Group Fleet Management focus areas are changing with the general economic development in the business. The role may vary over time between supply chain management and other fleet management related areas such as , fleet optimization and repair and maintenance processes.

Experience
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong team spirit and ability to work in a network of OpCo key resources and group staffs. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, process oriented and analytical. Experiences from supply chain management, projects and change management work is qualifying. The role will require frequent travelling to Cramo OpCo’s and international suppliers. The person can be stationed in any of Cramo’s OpCo’s.

He/She will report to the Head of Group Fleet Management – Martin Holmgren.

Main goals are

• Development and implementation of Cramo supply chain processes .
• Contribute to implementation of e-Procurement system.
• Lead the supply chain management work related to the repair and maintenance process, i.e. spare parts, consumables, subcontractors and potential outsourcing.
• Develop and implement Total Cost of Ownership for rental equipment.
• Source and sign best in business contracts with suppliers

Major tasks includes
• Act as project manager in change management projects.
• Connect suppliers to e-Procurement system.
• Train users in processes, systems and agreements.
• Support in building up product database for e-commerce purposes.
• Negotiate and sign supplier contracts
• Supplier evaluations and development
• Sourcing of new suppliers

The assignment will start after appointment and it is full time assignment. Expected travel frequency, 1-3 days per week. The employed will plan travels and meetings hence relatively flexible in time.
